Introduction. The creation of effective, reliable, safe, technologically advanced and competitive products is the main task medical device engineering. most important requirement to modern devices guarantee patients’ safety during their lifetime. Today use computer-aided engineering analysis packages effective calculation method for evaluating strength reliability unique that can lead serious consequences if operation disturbed. One suitable efficient systems (CAE) system ANSYS software. purpose this study was comparative assessment elastic elastoplastic formation 4x10 dental implants different designs on abutment-pin screw-body interface, using computer simulation stress-strain state. Materials methods. Two kinds were chosen study: a Liko-M 4 × 10 implant with cylindrical body shape DG tapered shape. contact between abutment screw as well frictional. pre-tensioning from initial tightening 400 N. load applied surface at percentage its height. Results. Elastic elasto-plastic calculations state performed. Besides results 10, necessary assess static strength, we have also calculated coefficients bodies. Comparative provides conclusions, which are significant practical application implants.
